Israeli occupation suffers in Gaza, Netanyahu’s desperation proves

As Israeli occupation continues to suffer blows from Palestinian resistance, Benjamin Netanyahu tries to bring in ISIS mercenaries to fight on its behalf.

As the Israeli occupation faces increasing attacks from Palestinian resistance, Netanyahu ropes in ISIS mercenaries against Hamas in Gaza.

In the last few months, while Gaza has witnessed renewed massacres and a thinning of the scope for a permanent ceasefire due to Israel’s obstinate position, what has left the purview of the West’s mainstream media is the rising sufferings of Israeli occupation in Gaza and other occupied territories due to heightened resistance attacks.

While the Yemeni Armed Forces, with their sophisticated missile attacks targeting the Ben Gurion Airport after forcing the US to retreat from the Red Sea, keep the momentum high, several resistance organisations have intensified attacks against Israeli occupation in Gaza and the West Bank.

Israeli occupation faces resistance’s wrath

On Friday, June 6th, around 6am local time, the Palestinian resistance trapped Israeli occupation forces in the Khan Younis area of Gaza.

Persistent Palestinian attacks resulted in the killing of four Israeli soldiers and injured over a dozen.

According to the resistance faction Saraya Al-Quds, they, along with Hamas’s military wing Al-Qassam Brigades, bombed an Israeli command and control centre with several heavy-calibre mortar shells in the vicinity of the Canada Hall, southeast of Khan Younis.

Israeli officials confirmed that four of its soldiers were killed in the ambush on Friday. Moreover, Israel revealed that it had seriously wounded one of its own soldiers in its bid to respond to the resistance’s attacks.

Five other Israeli occupation soldiers have been “moderately wounded”, according to Tel Aviv.

Saraya Al-Quds also took credit for another ambush on Friday in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

“After returning from the battle lines, our fighters confirmed that they blew up a zionist military vehicle with a highly explosive and pre-planted barrel bomb in the vicinity of Kaf al-Qarara, north of Khan Younis,” the militia claimed in a statement on Friday.

According to the details shared by the resistance forces, the Israelis entered the western side of Bani Suheila in the eastern Khan Younis on Thursday evening.

Following this, the resistance trapped them. On Friday morning, at 6.10am, an explosive was detonated targeting the Israeli forces that entered a building, resulting in its collapse.

After the blast, the panicked Israeli occupation forces started vigorously bombing the surrounding area while trying to recover the bodies at the same time.

The damage was so severe that the recovery operations took over six hours.

The resistance organisation boasted of its achievement.

Neither drones nor military dogs, nor specialised equipment were able to detect the explosives before the Israeli forces entered the building, they claimed.

Hamas hails resistance’s operation

Meanwhile, hailing the resistance, Hamas leader Sami Abu Zuhri told Safa, “The recent operations by the Al-Qassam Brigades against the occupation army forces in the Gaza Strip come as retribution for the blood of our children and women and our destroyed homes.”

“In revenge for our people who live in harsh and bitter conditions and as retribution for their precious blood, Al-Qassam continues daily to inflict heavy losses on the enemy, with its most prominent operations today being in Khan Younis and Jabalia,” Mr Zuhril told Safa.

“Al-Qassam’s operations forced the head of the occupation government, war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu, to say: ‘Today is a sad and difficult day’,” he claimed, citing Mr Netanyahu’s statement.

“These operations are a response to the occupation’s crimes, and retribution for the blood of our children and women and our destroyed homes,” the Hamas leader highlighted.

“It is time for the world to act, not with words but with actions, to stop this ongoing genocide, end the occupation, and guarantee our people’s right to life, freedom, and dignity on their land,” he added.

“The international community’s silence is no longer justifiable, and what is required today is a clear stance: Stop the killing, lift the siege, and restrain the aggressor’s hand,” Mr Zuhri added.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation continued its massacres in the Gaza Strip. According to the Ministry of Health in Gaza, Israel has killed eight people in Gaza’s Rafah on Friday, while 61 others have been injured.

Israel also continues to attack Lebanon and the occupied West Bank.

Amid these incessant attacks, Yemeni missile strikes and Palestinian resistance attacks try to balance the highly imbalanced aggression.

Yet, Israeli occupation has been highly rattled by the resistance and its actions across the region.

This is a reason that Benjamin Netanyahu has been promoting an Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) affiliated group in the Gaza Strip to counter Hamas and the Palestinian resistance.

Israeli occupation relies on ISIS to fight Hamas

After equating Hamas with ISIS earlier, to malign genuine Palestinian resistance, Mr Netanyahu’s government is now relying on ISIS to counter its foe.

The ISIS, which its opponents call a product of CIA-Mossad collaboration to destabilise the Middle East, has been subservient to Israeli interests and is known for never attacking Israeli targets.

In the Gaza Strip, an ISIS-related group has been an opponent of Islamic resistance Hamas and left-wing resistance forces like the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) and Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP).

This makes it an ideal choice for Mr Netanyahu to use it as a pawn to deflect the Palestinian attacks against Israeli occupation forces.

At one point in time, Israel had promoted Hamas to check the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) constituents like the PFLP and DFLP.

However, that policy has backfired, and Hamas has taken up arms against Israeli occupation repeatedly, despite suffering immense losses.

Resistance forces called the Yasser Abu Shabab-led gang “a group of criminals” in a statement to the Al-Araby TV.

“The occupation recruited and armed a group of criminals under the leadership of Yasser Abu Shabab in eastern Rafah,” the resistance claimed.

“Abu Shabab’s group is estimated to be around 100 armed men,” it said, adding, “The occupation seeks to establish what it calls a ‘safe zone’ in eastern Rafah under the administration of Abu Shabab’s group.”

Highlighting that the Abu Shabab group is under the resistance’s scanner, the resistance said, “We have documented operations carried out by Abu Shabab’s group, which included searching homes and dismantling resistance explosives.”

“Yasser Abu Shabab and his group committed murder crimes against resistance fighters, followed by the theft of their weapons,” the resistance alleged.

The Israelis have been aiding a group of criminals across the Gaza Strip to loot aid and aggravate the starvation situation to force Palestinians to evict their land.

Earlier, the Hamas-led security establishment had executed several such criminals who were also involved in luring Palestinian policemen to Israeli traps.

Safa News quoted a source within the Palestinian resistance’s security linking the mercenaries recruited by Israel with extremists like ISIS.

“Mercenary gangs were previously involved in smuggling operations for many years and include a group involved in murder and theft crimes, as well as extremist (takfiri) individuals,” the source told Safa News.

“The armed gangs, led by the agent Yasser Abu Shabab, who was previously detained by security agencies in Gaza, were connected to armed groups abroad and jointly engaged in suspicious cross-border smuggling operations,” the source alleged.

“These outlaw gangs, which hide in areas controlled by the occupation and operate at its behest, oversee the theft of aid and its resale at very high prices,” the source further highlighted.

“The future of these gangs will be no better than that of the Lahd (South Lebanon Army) agents and all client gangs formed by the occupation, which it then kicked aside and abandoned at the moment of its collapse and withdrawal, considering them an occupation force that will be confronted with force,” the source added.

It’s alleged that when the Israel Defense Forces revealed a video of the shootout at the aid centres, blaming it on Hamas, the gunmen were actually ISIS mercenaries funded by Israel.

Mr Netanyahu-led Israeli occupation shows a high amount of desperation as it fails to exterminate Hamas and the Palestinian resistance despite killing its top brass and over 54,000 civilians in the aggression that continues for over 20 months now.

This desperation reveals that despite boasting a razed city and sitting on the corpses of thousands of innocents, Israeli occupation forces aren’t winning a battle for which the West has been funding it incessantly.
